President's Corner

As a young person there was something about jazzy music that I liked.   That like of the music has grown into a deep appreciation for jazz as a listener and player.  The Jazz Erie organization gives me the opportunity to participate in the effort to support jazz as an important art form.  This support includes the offering of performances, educational programs and collaborations with other organizations associated with jazz.  I, along with Jazz Erie members, also get to socialize with others who have an interest in jazz.  Hopefully this web site will help you learn about the goings on for the jazz scene.
